If you are lucky(or unlucky) enough to be at my desk at work, you would have an idea for sure who these lill guys are.. Yeah, these are the guys who guard my desk with their inter-galactic powers.

I’ve always been mesmerized by the infinite white background photos and now is my chance to try it out. Before i would bother real models to pose for me and do the trial-n-error, i thought i would have a short shoot with these guys.

The idea is basically from Zack Arias’s White seamless tutorial but i did end-up refining it a bit due to the lack of certain gear.

Gear Used: Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 100mm f2.8 L IS. Software Used: Adobe LightRoom 3


For the reflection i used my HP TouchPad(!). Lighting: One 580 EX II from the camera left below at 45deg facing up which helped to avoid spill on the background.
