Yercaud

Yercaud – There is a pretty good chance that most south Indians would know this place but i won’t be surprised if someone replied..’the where..’ It’s a hill station near my home town and one of my favorite destinations. The reasons i love this place, it’s never too much crowded. Considering the 1500ft+ elevation above sea level, the weather is never hot. This place has always been our family’s favorite picnic spot.

This visit was my first time i was there during winter and i realized how much i have missed this season to be there. Though it was raining for most of my family’s visit there, still i managed to spend some time shooting this video below. I did spent a considerable amount of time shooting time-lapses which is included in this video.

Gear Used: Canon 5D MII, Canon 16-35mm f2.8 II, Canon 70-200mm f4, Manfrotto Magfiber Tripod, Manfrotto 501HDV video head, Singh-Ray Vari-ND and Grad ND filters. Editing & Color Correction: Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.
