Trip to paradise – 2(Video)

Project: Document my vacation…. well then it’s time to put my 5D Mark II and my recent addition to my photo gear GoPro Hero HD to rigorous test. Car hood mount, Windshield mount, Take the Gopro into the jet skiing trip and what not…

I had fun shooting the whole video. And no matter what, i finally had a chance to work with my DIY motorized dolly. Till my wallet grows big enough to get a Kessler Pocket Dolly, I would be married to this slider which isn’t that bad and gets the job done.

Most of the shots on the overseas bridge were shot with the GoPro Hero mounted on the car, a suction mount which i rented for my 5D Mark II and the slider shots were shot with my 5D Mark II.

After a whole week with a minimum to 3-5hours a day spent on post-processing, here is the video(Watch it on HD if your bandwidth allows).

Gear used: Canon 5d MII, Canon 16-35mm f2.8 L II, Canon 70-200mm f4 L, Fader variable ND filter, Manfrotto 755CX3 MagFiber Tripod, Manfrotto 501 HDV video head. Software Used: Adobe Premiere Pro CS 5.5

Here is vimeo link…. Beware of your CPU being sucked out but is worth it if you are looking for better video compression.

Thanks for stopping by… 🙂
