Decided to get out and see what my Ultra-wide lens 10-20mm is capable of.(a new addition to my photo gear, <a title=\"Sigma 10-20mm\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sigmaphoto.com\/shop\/10-20mm-f4-56-ex-dc-hsm-sigma\" target=\"_blank\">Sigma 10-20mm<\/a>). Most of the lakes and rivers here are frozen and i mean frozen enough to walk on them. These shots are from a nearest forest reserve with a lake that&#8217;s frozen completely. The sun was stunningly bright but temperature wasn&#8217;t warm enough to keep my fingers getting numb after 10 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>To keep or not to keep the sun in the shot was a big dilemma and my decision to keep it in the shots has turned to be a good decision.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Picture Info<\/span>: <a title=\"Vignetting - Wiki\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vignetting\" target=\"_blank\">Vignetting<\/a> &amp;\u00a0<a title=\"Barrel Effect - wiki\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Distortion_(optics)\" target=\"_blank\">Barrel effect<\/a> were unavoidable.
